We’re part of the Cedarwell family of HVAC companies, founded in 2004, and our San Antonio crew carries that same standard into every home from Stone Oak to Alamo Heights. Each person who shows up at your door is background-checked, uniformed, and held to the C.A.R.E. values code, which means they clean up like it’s their own home, ask before moving anything, respect quiet hours, and explain the price before the work starts. Luis Serrano leads the team, but the people below are the ones you’ll actually meet in your living room, hallway, or backyard. They’re the reason our 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t just a slogan.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marco G., Lead Technician
Marco has been repairing air conditioning systems in San Antonio for over 12 years, and he’s seen every failure mode a Texas summer can throw at a condenser. He holds his EPA 608 certification and specializes in diagnosing refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and the electrical gremlins that show up when attic wiring gets cooked by months of 100-degree heat. Marco is our go-to for Carrier, Trane, and Lennox systems, though he works on all nine brands we service. He keeps a small notebook in his truck with system quirks he’s spotted in specific neighborhoods, which sounds obsessive but has saved families real money. On weekends, Marco coaches his daughter’s soccer team and complains about the same July heat everyone else does.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena leads our AC installation crews and has been with the Cedarwell family of companies since 2016. She’s factory-trained on Goodman, Rheem, and American Standard equipment, and she’s the person who makes sure a new system goes in without scratches on the drywall or dust in the hallway. Elena takes the lead on load calculations and duct assessments before any install date is set, because a system sized wrong will never keep a home comfortable no matter what brand it is. She’s known for laying drop cloths before the old unit even comes off the pad and for taking the clean-up photo before the crew rolls out. When she’s not running linesets, she’s restoring a 1968 Mustang in her garage, which means she understands the value of doing a job right the first time.
Dana W., Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the other end of (254) 271-2545, and she’s been answering calls for Meadowsweet Heating and Air San Antonio since the location opened. She’s the one who gets your name, your address, and a sense of what’s happening with your system, then gets a tech moving your direction. Dana handles scheduling, written price confirmations, and the follow-up photo of the clean-up that goes to your phone before the crew leaves. She knows which techs live near which neighborhoods, which means response times in places like Windcrest or Terrell Heights aren’t left to chance. Dana keeps a laminated map of San Antonio on her desk with notes about school zones and construction detours, because getting a tech to your door fast matters when a furnace quits on a 28-degree night.
Tommy B., Apprentice Technician
Tommy joined us two years ago after finishing HVAC training at a San Antonio trade school, and he’s working toward his full certification under Marco’s supervision. He handles the prep work: checking capacitor readings, cleaning condenser coils, and making sure shoe covers go on before the front door opens. Tommy is the one who vacuums the area around your furnace after a repair and double-checks that no screws ended up on the living room rug. He’s careful around pets, always asks if a dog needs to be kept in another room before he goes in and out. Tommy says he got into this trade because his parents’ AC died in August when he was in high school and nobody in the house slept for three nights. That’s a motivation we understand.
One Standard, Every Job
The people above aren’t just names on a website. They’re the ones who carry out the Cedarwell Care Promise in San Antonio, which means every visit includes a written price before any work starts, shoe covers and drop cloths inside your home, and a photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves. Those aren’t optional courtesies; they’re the non-negotiables that have been part of the Cedarwell family of HVAC companies since 2004. Whether a tech is replacing a TXV valve in a Carrier system in Castle Hills or installing a full Goodman unit in Converse, the standards don’t shift based on the job size or the neighborhood zip code.
Every job is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right. No runarounds, no fine print. Luis Serrano holds the team to that standard personally, and he’s the person you’ll hear from if anything falls short. A live person answers our phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends, because when your home is 86 degrees inside at 10 p.m. in July, you don’t need a voicemail queue. You need a real voice and a real plan. That’s what this team is built to deliver, every time the truck rolls out.
